We are looking for a brilliant Financial Advisor who has an entrepreneurial spirit. If you are an experienced advisor and are looking for an opportunity to grow your own business then you have found it. We are a diverse, woman-owned, independent family office located in Westwood, MA, and are looking for FAs to join the team so that we can serve more of our community. Our elite team currently consists of seven members and we are looking for just the right fit as we grow strategically. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Must have current FINRA Series 7 and 66 Securities Registration.
- Life and health license.
- In-depth understanding of employer, industry and federal regulations
- Knowledge of financial options, including investments, loans, savings accounts and stock options
- Expertise in financial planning and investment strategies
- Familiarity with the securities, mutual fund and insurance industries
- Advanced ability to analyze and explain market data
- Knowledge of mutual funds, securities, and insurance industries.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience providing quality financial advice.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to assess clients’ needs
- Superior communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Effective sales, presentation and customer service skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- CFP prefered. (Would be required to complete if you do not already have)
- Niche or area of expertise: college planning, 401K management, municipalities, dentists, etc.

Essential functions
- Talking to clients to determine their expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial objectives, tax status, risk tolerance, or other information needed to develop a financial plan.
- Answering client questions about financial plans and strategies and giving financial advice.
- Advising strategies for clients in insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management, and other areas to help them reach financial objectives.
- Reviewing client accounts and plans on a regular basis to understand if life or economic changes, situational concerns, or financial performance necessitate changes in their plan.
- Analyzing financial data received from clients to develop strategies for meeting clients' financial goals.
- Preparing or interpreting financial document summaries, investment performance reports, and income projections for clients.
- Implementing financial plans or referring clients to professionals who can help them.
- Managing and updating client portfolios.
- Contacting clients regularly to discover changes in their financial status.
- Building and maintaining your client base.
