We are looking for a brilliant P&C broker who has an entrepreneurial spirit. If you are an experienced professional and are looking for an opportunity to grow your own business then you have found it. We are a diverse, woman-owned, independent family office located in Westwood, MA, and are looking for a P&C broker to join the team so that we can add property and casualty services offerings in-house. Our elite team currently consists of seven members and we are looking for just the right fit as we grow strategically. Our already established brand, location, marketing strategy, and book of business would provide an already robust client base to get started with and more as we grow. Serious inquiries only, please.
P&C Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance agency, carrier, or related business to business sales, including calling on decision makers and a track record of sales success.
- Strong and/or developing understanding of property and casualty insurance.
- Must be personable and highly motivated to grow personal success.
- Have or able to develop a referral network in chosen P&C vertical.
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- A consultative, positive and resourceful approach to working with prospects, clients and associates.
- Excellent listening skills with strong customer focus.
- Must be goal-oriented.
- Ability to work within the process and collaboratively with the team.
- College degree preferred.
- Current insurance licensing .
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.

P&C Essential functions
- Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis.
